POLICIES & PAYMENTS

Clique allows cancellations or rescheduling up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a $35 cancellation fee. We know everyone is busy, so our booking system will help remind you of your appointment to give you time to reschedule if you need to. 

If there is a no-show or repeated cancellations, appointment bookings will not be available and only walk-in service will be accepted. 

If you are 15-20 minutes late, your service will be adjusted to have you finished in the time booked so we don’t disrupt the next client’s appointment. If you are over 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged the full amount of the booked service.

Clique always aims to have your nails done to your satisfaction as best as we can. Please let us know DURING your appointment if you aren’t happy with anything, so we can do all we can to fix anything while you’re in the chair. We want to make sure you're satisfied and that you leave with the mani/pedi you wanted!

Lacquer manicure/pedicure:

Fixes offered up to 2 days from date of service.

Gel manicure/pedicure:

Fixes offered up to 5 days from date of service.

Gel X manicure:

Fixes offered up to 5 days from date of service.

NOTE: All fixes are for only the damaged nail(s), and only for the same color/design of the original requested service. 

Clique reserves the right to refuse services to:

• Anyone with serious/contagious illness.
• Anyone with open wounds/infections.
• Anyone who doesn’t treat other clients and Clique team members respectfully and appropriately.

Clique is a cash-less salon. 

We take debit cards, all major credit cards, and Apple Pay.

Nail art credit card deposits:

For Tier 3 nail art appointments, Clique requires a partial payment of 20% to hold your appoint time and date. If there is a late arrival or no-show the card will be charged according to our late arrival and no-show policy.

For Mani To Go Services, you will be able to pay once you are checked in at the window and pick your service. The full amount is due before the service starts.
