Clique allows cancellations or rescheduling up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a $35 cancellation fee. We know everyone is busy, so our booking system will help remind you of your appointment to give you time to reschedule if you need to. If there is a no-show or repeated cancellations, appointment bookings will not be available and only walk-in service will be accepted.
Late Arrivals
If you are 15-20 minutes late, your service will be adjusted to have you finished in the time booked so we don’t disrupt the next client’s appointment. If you are 30 or more minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged the full amount of the booked service.
Clique always aims to have your nails done to your satisfaction as best as we can. Please let us know DURING your appointment if you aren’t happy with anything, so we can do all we can to fix anything while you’re in the chair. We want to make sure you're satisfied and that you leave with the mani/pedi you wanted!
